Matt Mamiya

Matt Mamiya leads the design department for Lochwood-Lozier’s Architectural Designs division. Once graduated from the University of Washington’s Architecture program, and after gaining extensive design knowledge with a prominent local commercial firm as well as a residential boutique architecture firm in Seattle, Matt landed at Lochwood-Lozier where he brings all his creativity and experiences to this very specialized market. He is incredibly motivated by seeing a design materialize as all the thoughts and ideas explored become embodied in one physical space and puts a heavy emphasis on contributing to the success and satisfaction of his clients. In the last decade, Matt has worked on several award winning NAIOP developments and continues to be inspired by the innovations in design of all types of objects in life. In his free time, Matt enjoys backpacking, camping, poker, rooting for the Seahawks, and modifying cars.
