The Builder: The Lochwood-Lozier Custom Homes Corporation constructs homes that reflect Jon Lozier’s 28 years experience building in the Pacific Northwest. The respected family name has always represented integrity and quality in the construction community. Four years ago, with his wealth of professional expertise and innovative thinking, Jon started his own new corporation with partner Patricia Lockwood. He is working with designs by Jay Middleton, A.I.A. to produce timeless homes that reflect creativity, style and quality. With Jon’s leadership and Middleton’s imaginative use of spatial relationships, angles and sense of perspective, Lochwood-Lozier skillfully blends beautiful environment with functional practicality.

The Patrician: Appropriately located on “Street of Dreams”, the Patrician displays that regal traditional flavor reminiscent of aristocratic grandeur. The extensive use of exterior brick and cedar helps to harmonize native Northwest products with custom designed stained glass to present an impressive introduction. Double front doors open into a “catch your breath” sunken living room which features 18 foot ceilings, circular wood columns, and floor to ceiling windows that interact graciously with the lush shrubbery and trees outside. The family room features a unique semicircular wet bar with adjoining wine closet. The entire house is internally wired for state-of-the-art sound, intercom and security. Extravagant use of wrap around cedar decks extends indoor living outdoors. The curving formal staircase leads to a gallery balcony above with specialty lighting to display pieces of art. The upstairs media/bonus room features sens-around audio and accommodates a 6′ big screen television. The opulent master suite features a luxurious bath with separate make-up area, a tile muraled tub wall and separate water closet/bidet room. Beverly Wakeland has chosen to accent the soft curves and arches in the Patrician by using light wood finishes, eclectic furniture styles, fresh colors of mint, salmon, lavender and strawberry accents which create an elegant inviting ambience.
