Before starting any selections, we use our Lifestyle Survey and interview questions as a barometer for our client's taste, style, passions, interests, and budget. We want to be the one to say, "we hear you, and this is what we recommend". We want your home to feel harmonious and consistent in its message, as well as reflect the taste conveyed from the front doorknob to the dining room light fixture. You can be involved in every choice or empower us to make those choices for you. It's all about expectations and trust because to us, everything matters! Once we have reviewed your design development and received your approval, you will begin working with our designers to create the interior and exterior elements that customize your home just for you.

The Process
Exterior Selections
Once the architectural design is finalized, it’s time to consider exterior materials such as paint colors, windows, textures, roof materials, and custom finishes.
Interior Selections
Once we’ve selected exterior designs, we will make our way into the interior of the home and start with the big decisions: hardwood, cabinetry, paint colors, plumbing and light fixtures, finishes, appliances, etc.
Design Specifications
Our design team will put together a portfolio with all your selections and present it to you room-by-room, space-by-space, to make sure you love the plan.
Orders
Based on your selections and specifications, we will order materials from trusted local vendors and begin construction.
