Sean Bolin is an Architectural Designer for Lochwood-Lozier’s Architectural Designs division. He is a graduate of the University of Nebraska College of Architecture. He has been in Seattle for over 20 years, focused on high-end single-family architecture and interior design throughout all phases of design and construction. His experience at celebrated local design firms has developed and refined his strong eye for design and developed his ability to carry forward intricate projects while building trustworthy relationships with homeowners, his colleagues, and contractors/consultants with whom he worked to realize unique homes tailored to their owner’s lives. His strength is problem solving targeted obstacles, like concealing mechanical systems without compromising design or untangling a complicated construction detail and developing thoughtful solutions that retain the quality design intended. He is described as kind, steady, and deeply caring for the work and his colleagues.
Time out of the office is spent exploring the city and area that he is fortunate to call home and wandering neighborhoods to experience art and culture via foot or bike or even from above while controlling drones."
