Pic of the Week #119

July 8, 2014 / Todd Lozier

How about this Seattle weather! Shouldn’t need an indoor fire this week, so get outside and enjoy. Here we have a recently completed home in South Bellevue with direct access to a partially covered deck and entertaining area just outside the home. Note the outdoor fireplace, Kolbe Windows & Doors, iron balustrade staircase, and hand-scraped hickory floors. Once outside, the deck opens to an expansive view of Lake Sammamish, Mt. Baker and the Cascades.
