Once everything is approved, we will begin shifting away from digital collaboration to mobility. This means moving from the office to the jobsite. We manage the schedule, the quality of work, and the project costs on your behalf, communicating with you weekly on the status of your project.

Plans & Permit Coordination
At this stage, we will deliver accurate and thorough drawings, details, and material specifications for permitting, bidding, and construction. Depending on your city’s jurisdiction, we will coordinate with proper authorities for final approvals and permits.
Building
Clear and continuous communication from our project managers, engineers, and installers is to be expected throughout the entire build process.
Tracking & Quality Control
Your project manager and our team will make regular site visits to ensure your project progresses according to plan. We will be meeting with you as necessary to review progress and answer any of your questions.
New Home
As your custom home project comes to a close, we will coordinate your move-in date and deliver your house keys. Project completion is a very special time. It is when we get to see months and months of hard work, passion, and collaboration come together. To ensure your expectations are exceeded before move-in, we will conduct a comprehensive walkthrough to address any corrections and adjustments that need to be made.
