Making progress, and so many new Ideas to share. Here’s a tickler…

The Milgard top of the line fiberglass framed windows from Window, Doors & More are in, and house is ready for roof stock! The switchable glass just might blow your mind, if the U-value of these windows doesn’t already. How about a .20 on some of the glazed units with the 4th surface HP Coating. It all sounds very technical, but bottom line the thermal comfort of these windows is extreme. More to come on these two great partners!
Owens-Corning is another great partner! Lochwood-Lozier’s choice in architectural comp shingles with Tri-City Roofing on the install. Nothing more important than a good looking high performance roof overhead. Can’t wait to show you the Woodmore “Carbon”, so more to come on this too…
