In this update we have a video tour of the upper level at framing stage, and images of the different phases of pouring the garage. We also take the opportunity to honor some of the great people and companies making this exciting project happen!

James with Janes Radiant Heating is laying the hydronic (water) heated lines that go inside the garage concrete slab to keep the garage comfortable year round, expanding the multi-use spaces in the home. This fully insulated garage, garage door and even insulated glass in the garage doors should make for a nice entertaining space, work space, dining or whatever the imagination brings. Just back the cars out into the driveway and the rest is up to your imagination.

Here’s Randy Iwen, who has been framing for Lochwood-Lozier for over 30 years, framing a special waterfall detail on one of the front barn gables. We’re excited to show off this unique detail when it’s finished!
