With project completion quickly approaching, there are a lot of exciting things happening on-site! As we prepare for the installation of our countertop slabs and appliances, we have been working on completing a variety of projects around the NW Idea House. Take a look at some of the newest additions!
The Great Room fireplace has been installed! This beauty comes from Genesis Fireplaces and is a part of their infinity collection. Surrounding the fireplace will soon be a gorgeous Dekton slab installed on the face, sides, and top.
In our efforts to achieve the highest level BuiltGreen rating on the NW Idea House, we have called in the experts at Puget Sound Solar to install this solar energy system.
To determine the best location for the solar panels, we conduct an irradiance report, which measures the radiant energy from the sun and tells us where the panels will receive the most sunlight

The installation of cabinetry from Bellmont Cabinet Co. has been a very fun process to watch. So many details go into set up to make sure the measurements are just right in order to fit the appliances.
LED Strip Lighting is being prepped to line the grand staircase. This will bring a dazzling glow to an already breathtaking feature in the home.
Have we told you about the luxury spa that’s going on the ground level? Across the hall from the sauna sits the bathroom of our dreams. It will come fully equipped with the Mr. Steam iDream Package with Chromatherapy , Aromatherapy, and Speakers. The vanity and shower wall features gorgeous deco tile from Statements Tile & Stone.
