One of the many services we offer at Lochwood-Lozier is extensive remodels and renovations. When this client came to us and said they wanted to give their home an update, we were thrilled and excited to help! What began as updating some plumbing fixtures, appliances, and hardware turned into a much more transformative renovation for this Clyde Hill home. Similar to our custom build projects, all renovations are planned and designed in advance through a series of meetings with the homeowner. Once preferences and specifications have been established, our design team puts together a ‘spec sheet’ to help the client comprehensively visualize their new space.

What we did: Remove all hardwood, carpet, tile, and plumbing features – replace with new. Repair and replace window sills and trim as needed. Replace deck boards. Repair/replace rough electrical as needed. Replace chandeliers and wall sconces. Replace all door hardware. Test for lead and repaint. New countertops and appliances. Clean and pressure wash exterior. Light landscaping, gravel install, and creation off-street parking.
