We provide full landscaping services that fit your yard: softscape, hardscape, waterscape, and firescape. Our timeless landscapes incorporate the materials & architecture of your home, creating a visual marriage between the indoor and outdoor spaces.
Site Analysis
During analysis, we conduct a thorough study of the site to develop a list of the property dimensions, any existing features, site topography, accessible views, areas that receive sun and shade, soil types, and any potential hazards or concerns. These notations are then used to create a functional and enjoyable landscape for all seasons.
Conceptual Design and Scope
Our landscape design team will work with you to create a unique design that is perfectly mapped out for your yard. Some things to consider here are whether you want an open versus closed yard. This is also a good time to define the ‘theme’ and style, layout, plant selection for a space that is uniquely yours.
Install and Maintenance
As to installation, we have our own in-house crews, including equipment, excavators, and relationships with local nurseries and suppliers. If you are looking at a completed Lochwood-Lozier home, it's likely 100% of the landscape design and install was completed by us! After move in, our landscape team can be contracted to perform routine and proper maintenance to keep your yard looking its best.
