James Wang, Senior Project Manager with Lochwood-Lozier, was born and raised in Beijing, China and moved to the U.S. to attend the University of Washington where he earned a degree in Construction Management. In addition to working with Lochwood-Lozier for the past seven years, James played a large role as the Assistant Site Manager during construction of the Hong Kong Palace Museum. James and Todd Lozier were also featured together on the front page of the New York Times’s Sunday Real Estate section in 2014 for their work catering to international and tech-based clients in Medina. His ambitions to remain humble, hungry, and people-smart have awarded him with accolades both here in the states, as well as China. James is motivated to be an ideal team player and believes “the future is in making it happen!” James is not only people smart, but highly thoughtful in applying his intelligence quotient to his jobs, as well as being authentic, and very hardworking. We are honored and thrilled to have him as a work associate and leader. Outside of work, James spends his free time playing tennis, pickleball, and badminton, and is teaching himself how to play the guitar.
