For nearly 25 years, Annette has been passionate about delivering exceptional customer care. She joined Lochwood-Lozier with that same motivation and determination, building on a career that began in commercial construction as a Tenant Improvement Assistant before transitioning to the residential sector—where she truly found her niche.
As a Warranty and Customer Service Manager for several high-end residential communities on the islands of O‘ahu and Hawai‘i, she gained invaluable experience in fostering and strengthening builder–homeowner relationships.
After relocating to Washington State in 2008, she joined as a Project Manager and quickly recognized the growing demand for post-construction service and maintenance. This inspired her to develop her own routine maintenance program, which she has successfully implemented across numerous properties throughout the greater Seattle and Eastside communities.
Outside of work, her greatest joy comes from family time and self-care. She loves road trips to charming small towns, leisurely walks, and hula dancing. She also enjoys crabbing, fishing, kayaking, and exploring new culinary experiences as a proud “foodie.” While she is an avid fan of horror films, she also appreciates a good laugh.
