Eric Constable

Eric Constable has 35+ years of construction experience, ten of which have been spent as a Senior Project Manager with Lochwood-Lozier. With a successful background in mathematics, framing, and construction management, Eric not only meets, but exceeds the expectations of his clients. Eric has had great success in managing diverse and complex custom home projects through meticulous budgeting, scheduling, and quality control. He is highly motivated by continuing his own education as well as creating an inclusive process where he can teach and guide homeowners through his years of experience. By the same token, Eric is hilarious and has a great laugh, but it's not coincidence his last name is Constable as he is consistent, disciplined, a rule follower, and has the same high expectations for those working around him. Eric is greatly admired and appreciated within the team. In his free time, Eric loves to ski, hike, fish, and do anything involving Harley Davidson motorcycles!
