Todd Lozier

Todd Lozier, a custom homebuilder on the Greater Eastside of Seattle, has a background in construction that began with at the age of 16 cleaning job sites and running blueprints for the family business. This experience was later enhanced with a degree in Building Construction from the School of Architecture at the University of Washington. The Lozier family has been invested in growing eastside communities for three generations, and Todd is no exception. Through years of experience, national and local awards, involvement in charities, and their continuous and prominent position amongst the top custom home builders in the Greater Eastside, Lochwood-Lozier Custom Homes has become a household name for those who also grew up in this community. Todd strives to continue the family legacy of offering tight-knit relationships alongside the custom design-build process, with capabilities for every phase of being a Lochwood-Lozier homeowner. Todd takes pride in his company’s efforts to do the right thing through construction, company culture, and comradery, and has often said “if we’re not having fun, we’re not doing something right”.
