To guarantee long-term satisfaction of your home, property selection is one of the most critical decisions you will make. In this stage, our experts will help you select a build site, execute site analysis and feasibility studies, and confirm any zoning laws and restrictions.

Site Planning

In order to define the needs of your home, we have our homeowners complete a 15-page Lifestyle Survey to better understand your lifestyle, style preferences, what elements and features are a must in your new space, and additional design considerations.
