In our last update, we showed you the newly installed Leviton breaker panels, Lochnivar boiler system, B.I.B Insulation, and the outdoor stone deck tile system by StoneDeks and tiles from Landmark Outdoor.
This project is an absolute blast, and the beautiful weather we’ve been having just makes it even better. We’ve come a long way in the last month and want to share with you some of the more recent additions. Special thanks to all of our amazing partners who are making all this possible!

Beautiful Boral Cultured Brick by Cultured Stone has been installed behind the grand staircase as well as in the Great Room, floor to ceiling, as an accent wall. Thank you, Mutual Materials!
These sliding & folding patio doors by Panoramic Doors are a great touch to the outdoor deck, providing a much more open space as well as complete flexibility in how you use your folding patio door. Thanks, Mike, for the demo!
Tiles, tiles, tiles! The bathrooms are starting to come together thanks to these sleek tiles provide by Statements Tile & Stone. The cool tones of blue & gray create a very relaxing feel while the white brightens up the space!
Have you of heard Panasonic’s new Cosmos System? It’s truly incredible! The Cosmos Healthy Home System intelligently & continuously monitors indoor air quality 24/7 while sensors automatically activate the system to return air to healthy levels. How cool is that?! Thank you Panasonic!
And last but not least, we’ve made some big changes to the exterior. After much deliberation, we chose the final paint color – “White Kitten”, supplied by Trepus Painting and Rodda Paint.
Mutual Materials also provided us with this gorgeous exterior brick. The dark brick paired with the black finishes and white paint looks so fresh, and so clean!
