About Todd Lozier: Early 1990’s
Todd Lozier has been an active part of the Lochwood-Lozier family business since 1984. He developed his field experience both on the working end of a shovel and apprenticing under our seasoned Project Manager. He also learned from our experienced craftsmen who taught uncompromising design and quality detailing.
When attending the University of Washington’s School of Business Construction Management Program, Todd was instrumental in developing and spearheading both the Customer Service and Customer Relations which have become lynchpins in our custom home building process. Todd says “We listen and respond to our client’s needs and are ready to make changes and revisions throughout the complete building process .”
Upon graduation in 1993, Todd, with his construction experience and management training, earned the position of Construction Manager. He then achieved the position of Vice President of Operations in 1996. Today Todd is a corporate partner and manages both construction office and field operations as well as client relations and sales.
“The something special that home buyers are looking for is noticeable throughout the homes we build …” Todd Lozier. As Todd explains. “We only use the finest materials and the craftspeople that we can trust for consistent quality workmanship.” Our homes exceed industry standards and building codes in many ways. Many of our subcontractors and vendors have worked with us since our beginning. Lochwood-Lozier takes pride in their signature quality finish work and design detail. “Our primary goals are for customer satisfaction and building homes that offer long-term, strong resale value.”!
