Our company is unique in that we directly employ 20% of the tradesmen that work with us to create our custom homes. This allows us improved control over costs, quality, and scheduling, and ensures that your home is high-quality at a reduced cost.

THE CUSTOM HOME BUILD PROCESS

CLIENT CONSULTATION

At our first consultation meeting with you, we’ll discuss the styles and features you’d like to see in your home. If you’re not sure what you’re looking for, we’re happy to talk with you about your options. We’ll also discuss in greater detail what to expect during your custom home project.

HOME SITE SELECTION

You may already have a new home site purchased or picked out–if you do, that’s great. We can start discussing plans for your new home. If not, we can help you select the location for your new home.

ARCHITECTURAL DESIGNS

We take the ideas and inspiration we gather from our consultation meetings with you, and turn them into initial conceptual drawings, and then finally blueprints.

EXTERIOR & INTERIOR DESIGN

Once the structure of the home has been developed, you’ll work with our designers to create the interior and exterior elements that truly make your home custom, and meet your needs.

HOME CONSTRUCTION

We will be the General Contractor and single point of communication for your custom home project. We control the schedule, the quality of work, and the project costs on your behalf; communicating with you weekly on the status of your project.

MOVE-IN

As your custom home project comes to a close, your move-in date will be set and the keys finally delivered. You’ll have a home that you can be proud of and enjoy for many years to come.
